• Upon full payment, the final agreed-upon deliverables are transferred to the client for their use.
• Avanya reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to the payment schedule outlined in their specific project proposal. Avanya reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon timeline. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

The success of our marketing efforts depends on cooperation. Clients agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Avanya is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client response.

5. Limitation of Liability

Avanya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of our services or website. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific sales increases or search engine rankings.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website or services may involve third-party platforms (like Google Ads, Meta, or external links). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as per the duration specified in the individual project contract. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered business location.
