This policy outlines the terms regarding the delivery, cancellation, return, and refund of marketing services provided by Avanya. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Because Avanya provides digital marketing services, consulting, and online campaign management, we do not ship physical items.
Delivery of Services: “Delivery” refers to the initiation of a marketing campaign, the handover of digital assets (like ad creatives or strategy documents), or the commencement of a retainer agreement.
Timelines: Specific delivery timelines for digital assets, reports, or campaign launches will be outlined in your individual project proposal or contract.
Confirmation: Upon successful payment via our online portal or Cashfree, Razorpay, you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your transaction.
We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation terms are structured to be fair to both our clients and our agency’s time allocation.
Retainer Services: Monthly marketing retainers can be canceled with a 30-day written notice provided via email to hello@avanya.in.
Project-Based Services: For one-off projects (e.g., a specific ad campaign setup or website audit), cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the initial payment, provided the work has not already commenced.
Avanya’s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel services or terminate contracts immediately due to a breach of terms, non-payment, or uncooperative behavior.
Refunds for digital marketing services are evaluated strictly based on the amount of work already completed.
Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation request is made before any strategy, setup, or execution work has begun, a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
Prorated Refunds: If a project is canceled mid-way, we will retain a portion of the payment that reflects the billable hours and resources already invested. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Non-Refundable: Once a digital asset has been delivered, a campaign has been launched, or an ad spend budget has been utilized, those specific fees are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay or bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
Digital Goods Exemption: Due to the intangible nature of digital marketing services, consulting advice, and digital assets, we do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense. Once a digital file or strategy has been shared with you, it cannot be un-shared or returned.
